I’m Anna, a fantasy-romance author. I fell in love with quick & witty banter while watching old black and white movies in my youth. For me, books should be fun, so I strive to write books with playful dialogue and cozy clean romance. If I had one wish it would be that all romances were sweet and rich like chocolate cake.
When not writing, I’m a homemaker with four kids and one on the way. My life could be described as beautiful chaos.
My husband, Ryan, teaches me everyday what real love is. He’s also the reason I started writing in the first place—you could say he’s my inspiration.
When not reading, I love winning my husband at board games, crafting, baking sweet treats with my kids, gardening, preserving food… basically anything involving food.
A Couple of Writers
Hi, Anna again. I’m the one standing next to my best friend in flannel — Ryan Crockett. And yes, we are married and both writing! Look at all his hard work printed on paper! So proud of him.
Shortly after our marriage I started contemplating how I could help my husband with his dream of publishing. Pillow talks were often book ideas developing for the first time.
As an avid reader, I started following several successful self-published authors. I started asking questions. I started studying.
Now, years later, I can say I was successful in helping my husband publish. The unintended consequence? I caught the writing bug myself. Now my dream for us to both write and publish is slowly coming true.
